`DECCA` Firestor range of GRP sectional hot press moulded sectional cold-water storage cisterns, for fire sprinkler systems with uPVC roof panels. Cisterns are constructed from metric panels, (2m x 1m, 1.5m x 1m, 1m x 0.5m and corner sections, or 1.2m x 1.2m, 1.2m x 0.6m and corner sections). Panels can be supplied pre-insulated and are assembled with extruded butyl rubber seals. Cistern can be internally braced with horizontal galvanised steel sections or alternatively cisterns can be braced with no internal tie rod systems. For non-potable water use.

The panels are sealed using Butyl Rubber sealing tape. Units can be supplied with additional access hatches for the inspection of the air gap arrangement. 50mm valve, weir length = 800, weir depth = 127. `Firestore` range of cylindrical sectional sprinkler suction tanks, constructed on a concrete base using BS EN 10147 Grade Fe350G pre-galvanised to a G600 heavy duty spangle finish sheets. Bolted together using spun galvanised nuts and bolts. The tank is stiffened top and bottom with a galvanised steel rolled angle. A tailor made Butyl liner is fitted inside the tank (Grade 72601). Covers may be plastic coated profiled sheet cladding or a galvanised steel support structure or alternatively aluminium alloy cladding on an aluminium structure. A float operated valve is provided with an access panel. The cisterns are fitted with Peter Smith float operated valves. The weir is provided with a 0.65mm square screen and a light box on the exterior of the tank.

`Sekisui` insulated or uninsulated storage cistern with AB air gap` the sectional comprises a cold water cistern assembled from glass reinforced plastics (GRP) panels and polyester resin for construction of cold water storage cisterns for wholesome water. The panels are constructed in sandwich form with a layer of GRP each side of a 20mm thick block of insulation (ridge polyethylene foam). Manufacturers calculated thermal capacity of the insulated panels is 0.022098. The largest capacity cisterns have stainless steel internal bracing and PVC pole supports. The roof covers are of the same panel construction provided with manhole inspection hatch, joints are sealed with synthetic rubber gaskets. The weir dimensions is relevant to the inlet size. The dimensions of the weir is 1m x 0.5m and is acceptable for use with inlet dimensions up to DN 80. The storage cistern must be installed with a WRAS approved electrically operated level control switch and a WRAS approved electrically operated inlet valve.
