GRP SECTIONAL TANKS
Nicholson Plastic's GRP Tanks are moulded from a polyester sheet moulding compound having low shrink characteristics and excellent physical properties. The sheet moulding compound contains E glass fibres, fillers and polyester resin. Glass content is 25% minimum. Resins are manufactured to British Standards (BS) 3532 and 2672. Glass reinforcement is manufactured to BS3496.

With sectional tanks, a WRAS-approved sealant/gasket is used between panels.
PANEL SIZES AND MANUFACTURING METHODS Apart from our standard panel sizes special panels can be made to suit individual needs.
This includes our TIF (Totally Internally Flanged) Range. There is no
restriction on length or width and tanks can be built up to a maximum depth of 3m in half panel increments.
Our technical sales staff can advise customers on the on the most economical solution to the storage requirements.
