I exported my product in 2013, but after 6 years I have not paid for it, so I visited so many times QATAR office.
He was so many lie to me.
There is no staff . I really want to any more victims like me to happen.
The exported price is usd56,000.
Trickster who MR Shaji Mathew is indian.
I told so many times to indian embassy in the qatar .
Same to no answer.

Please find attached with our PO for the tanks. We indicated a payment terms of 100% TT to you after the dispatch of materials. The shipment will take 30 days to reach here in Qatar and you can instruct the shipping company to hand over the materials to us only after the receipt of original documents. During this 30 days time, we will send you the 100% payment and once you receive the payment , you can courier the documents to us so that we can clear the materials from customs against production of the original documents. We can get customs clearance in Qatar only on production of following original documents.
Certificate of origin indicating the Container number, Invoice number and the HS code of material
Original Invoice with HS code and container number with your Signature and stamp and Chamber of Commerce signature and stamp
packing list duly signed and stamped by your company
This is the payment terms we are dealing with our all international suppliers. Your payment is 100% safe as the shipping company will not release the materials with out producing the original documents, which you will send only after the receipt of payments.
Also, please try to prepare an under valued invoice for customs so that we can save some amount in terms of customs duty.

Is it possible me to know the date of dispatch of the ordered tanks? These tanks are for the H.H. The Emir's palace and if I can give them the date today or tomorrow, it can be an added advantage for me to get the orders for another 5 tanks for their other new palaces. Also, need the delivery also to be done on the date which you are going to give me. This will be an opening for us to get all the GRP tank orders ( last year they purchased around 23 tanks) .

Thank you very much for the mail and please note that there was no quotes attached to the mail. So please forward the same once again. Further regarding the transfer , Once we receive the B/L Copy, we can submit it to the king’s palace along with Invoice and normally it takes 10 - 12 days for the payments to get ready.. So if we get the B/l copy today or tomorrow, you can have the payments in your account latest by 20 November and once you get payments in your account , you can send us the original documents. The normal transit time to shipment to reach Qatar is 22-25 days max. So by the time the consignment about to reach, you can have the payments at your end.
