Concrete Foundation(Plinths) for GRP Sectional Panel Water Tank / SMCTANK .

 

 

1. Customers should construct a concrete base according to our designated drawing.

 

2. The required strength of the base concrete must be at least 180kg/cm.

 

3. The required width of the each concrete base must be at least 300mm. (Standard 400mm)

 

4. The width from concrete and next concrete should be 600mm.

For tanks in units of 500 mm, ask for our technical team.(ex. 2,500x3,000x Height)

 

5. The required width of the between tank and bottom must be at least 500mm for water drainage, tank install, maintenance and repair.

 

6. The required width of the between tank and wall must be at least 600mm for maintenance and repair.

 

7. The required width of the between tank top and roof must be at least 1000mm for opening manhole.

 

8. The thickness of the mortal in the concrete base must not exceed 200mm.

 

9. Concrete should be integrated with the building structure for safety.

 

10. The scope of construction is up to the flange fitted to the position to connect the piping.

Consultation is required for perfect piping connection.

 

11. When installing the PVC flange provided by our company, the thick flange should be fitting to the tank side.

 

12. customer should piping work after install tank .
